E. Coli

Once I heard that romaine lettuce had a bacteria called E.coli and so do other places like  Chipotle also Papa Murphy’s has E.coli too but why though how does the food get the bacteria or does the soil or the cow has the bacteria when it eats something it shouldn’t have and gives to us when we drink the milk and it’s not pasteurized we can get sick sometimes but it can also be used as a medicine. But if you don’t want to get E.coli I can also tell you how to prevent you from getting the bacteria.

                         The Symptoms

The impact of E.coli might cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, cramps, fatigue and high fever but if you get bloody diarrhea then that means that the infections is getting worse so go straight to the hospital but to prevent you from getting E.coli you can wash your fruits and veggies or when you cook any meat get the at 160 so you wont get that bacteria in you also make sure that the milk you drink is pasteurized be careful with soft cheeses like feta, brie, camembert, roquefort, gorgonzola last queso blanco because these cheeses can also have the bacteria last apple cider, water, cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice, carrot juice may also have E.coli.

One example of how bad E.coli is this lady went into papa murphy’s bought a pizza and salad and it had ROMAINE LETTUCE one of the biggest outbreaks of the year in 2018 and she didn’t get the memo so she gave him a snack then a couple minutes later he was saying his stomach was hurting then he went to the bathroom and he had bloody diarrhea then they went straight to the hospital then sued papa murphy’s and was closed down.

Now I hope that this article will help you in the future so be careful with the foods I have told you in the article.
